Politique de remboursement

1. General Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (digital goods, top‑ups, account‑based services), refunds are normally not provided.
  • Once a product has been delivered or a top‑up has been completed, it cannot be reversed, resold, or returned, which limits refund eligibility.

2. Exceptions Required by Law

  • If a refund is legally required under applicable consumer protection laws, we will comply and process the refund accordingly.
  • Legal exceptions may vary depending on your region and the type of product purchased.

3. Special Circumstances

  • In rare cases where the situation clearly warrants it (e.g., accidental duplicate orders, technical issues on our side, failure to deliver), a refund may be granted at our discretion.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually by our support team.

4. User Negligence

  • If the issue arises due to user negligence, including but not limited to:
    • Providing incorrect account information
    • Failing to follow instructions
    • Unauthorized changes made during delivery
    • Misuse of the delivered product
  • We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund amount to cover processing fees, labor time, or losses incurred.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Contact for Refund Requests

  • To request a refund or inquire about eligibility, please contact our support team through Discord.
  • You may be asked to provide order details or proof of the issue for verification.
